摘 要:对兴山煤系高岭土进行低温煅烧降低COD值试验研究。结果表明,产品COD值与煅烧温度呈s型变化规律;不同温度煅烧均存在COD6值下限,与煅烧时间无关,温度越高,达到下限时间越短、下限值越低,温度低于375℃时不能得到合格产品。煅烧温度控制在375~450℃范围内较佳,煅烧后高岭石有序度提高,同时高岭土中羟基大量保存。425℃时煅烧效果最好,煅烧时间适中,便于控制。A low-temperature calcination test reducing COD of coal-series kaolin from Xingshan was studied. The COD of the product had an S-shaped variation with the calcinations temperature, the test results showed that there was a lower limit of COD exists in different calcinations temperature conditions, and it had nothing to do with the calcinations time. We can reach the lower limit at the higher temperature by shorter time, when the temperature is below 375℃, we can not get qualified products. The best temperature calcinated at 375 -450℃, The order degree of kaolin increases and a large number of hydroxyl in kaolin can be preserved at the same time. We get the best calcination effect at 425℃, and then the production control is facilitate, because the calcination time is moderate.
