摘 要:采用慢速滴碱法在合成聚合氯化铝的过程中加入酸改性凹凸棒,制备出了新型复合絮凝剂APAC。采用FTIR、TEM、SEM、EDS等测试手段研究了APAC絮凝剂的组成、结构及表面形貌等,确定了APAC处理生活污水的最佳絮凝条件为:投加量16 mg/L,pH值为8,此条件下浊度、CODCr的处理效果最好,降低率分别在99%和80%以上;残余铝含量最低,为0.134mg/L。对含Ni2+、Cr6+废水的处理表明,APAC能有效去除水中的重金属离子,在相同的条件下,APAC净水效果远好于聚合氯化铝(PAC)。A novel composite flocculant is prepared adding acid-treating attapulgite in the process of accession to polyaluminum chloride using a low-speed alkaline titrimetry. The APAC is characterizated by FT-IR, TEM, SEM and EDS. The optimal flocculant conditions of APAC have been obtained by teating domestic sewage. The treating efficiency of turbidity, CODcr are the best when the dosage of APAC is 16 mg/L and pH value is 8, and the reduction rate is above 99%, 80%, respectively; the residual aluminum is only 0.134 mg/L. The purification performance of APAC in treating heavy metal containing wastewater is investigated by purifying the wastewater contained Cr6+ .2+ and N1 . The results show that the heavy metal ions m the water can be removed effectively by APAC flocculant under the same conditions, APAC is much better than PAC in the water purification effect.
