摘 要:随着国内核电的规模化发展,核电机组排放的大量温排水对周围的水域环境造成"热污染"。这已逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,且已成为核电项目审评的重点对象.为了消除公众疑虑、满足审评要求,核电厂一般会选择恰当的方式对温排水进行监测和评价。本文根据法规要求结合工程经验,利用遥感技术对核电厂温排水的扩散和分布进行了检测,并取得了良好的效果。With the rapid development of domestic nuclear power, a large quantity of warm water discharged from nuclear power plants have brought about the " thermal pollution " to the surrounding aquatic environment. This has become the focus which people pay attention to gradually and also has become the important item to be reviewed in nuclear power projects. To reassure the public and meet the review requirements, nuclear power plants usually may choose appropriate methods to monitor and evaluate the discharged warm water. According to the legal requirements and the engineering experience, the remote sensing technologies are used to monitor the spreading and distribution of the warm water discharged from a nuclear power plant and good effectiveness is obtained.
