摘 要:分析智能变电站智能化功能实现过程中信息流通交互需求和现有信息体系架构的不足,提出融合各业务功能的一体化信息体系架构设计思路。基于事件监测、判断决策和操作执行为特征的变电站稳定运行过程控制模型分析,抽象出具有分层分布特点的一体化信息体系架构框架。最后基于架构框架研究架构构建方法,并对现有的智能变电站体系架构进行改进,设计了集成化、模块化、组态化的过程层、间隔层智能终端,通过多代理决策模块解决终端之间的信息互通问题,设计基于一体化信息平台的站控层监控后台实现了智能变电站高级应用功能的融合和拓展。This paper analyzes the information circulation and exchange demands in the process of the intelligent function realization of smart substation and the deficiency of the existing information system architecture, and proposes a design scheme of the integrated information architecture which can merge all the business functions. Based on the analysis of the control model of the substation stable running process with features of event monitoring, decision making and operation execution, the authors have abstracted a hierarchical integration information architecture framework. Finally, based on the architecture framework research and architecture construction method, they have improved the existing the smart substation system architecture, and designed the integrated, modular, configurable process layer and the spacer layer; intelligent terminal. Besides, they have solved the information exchange problem between terminals by multi-agent decision-making modules, and then designed the station control layer monitor background based on the integrated information platform, thus realizing the fusion and development of the smart substation advanced application functions.
