摘 要:羟基化聚酯可以用来制备可降解塑料,极具研究价值.以双酚A环氧树脂和癸二酸为原料,苯甲酸为阻聚剂,开环聚合合成了羟基化聚酯.研究了不同种类和用量的催化剂对产物相对分子量及多分散性的影响.当有机蒙脱土的质量分数为10%时,产物的相对数均分子量可达13 459,相对重均分子量可达132 596,而多分散性仅为9.85,是插层型羟基化聚酯/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料.Hydroxyl polyester has great value in the process of preparing degradable plastics. We have synthesized the hydroxyl polyester by the ring-opening polymerization with the bisphenol A epoxy resin and sebacic acid as the raw materials, and the benzoic acid as polymerization inhibitor. The influences of species and consumption of catalysts on molecular weight and polydispersity of products were studied. It was found that, under the condition of 10% OMMT, the number-average molecular weight of product could reach 13 459 and the weight-average molecular weight was 132 596, while the polydispersity was only 9.85. It was an intercalated hydroxyl polyester/OMMT nanocomposite.
