摘 要:为研究大淑村矿选煤厂无烟煤煤泥的可浮性,基于煤质分析对精煤磁选尾矿和原生煤泥分别进行分步释放试验及浮选速度试验。试验结果表明:在精煤灰分为9%时,原生煤泥的精煤产率>80%,尾煤灰分为66%;在精煤灰分为10%时,精煤磁选尾矿的精煤产率达80%,尾煤灰分为78%,说明该厂煤泥具有良好的可浮性。精煤磁选尾矿中粘土矿物含量较高,但高岭石的含量占煤泥总量的比例较低,在实验室药剂制度下对浮选效果影响不大。To research the floatability of anthracite coal slime in Dashucun coal preparation plant, based on coal quality analysis, conducted the fractional releasing test and flotation speed test for magnetic sepa- ration tailings and primary coal slime. The results showed that when ash content of clean coal is 9% , the clean coal yield of primary slime 〉 80% and ash content of tailings is 66% ; and when ash content of clean coal is 10% , the clean coal yield of magnetic separation tailings reached to 80% , the ash content of tailing is 78% , which indicated that the slime has good floatability. Although clay mineral content is higher in coal magnetic separation tailings, but the content of the kaolinite only share small proportion of total slime, it has little effect on the flotation result under condition of pharmaceutical system in the labo- ratory.
