摘　　要：为解决华丰矿选煤厂人工选矸效果差的问题，采用XZQ-1620浅槽重介分选机对原排矸工艺进行改造，并介绍了该浅槽重介分选机的结构及工作原理、技术参数及特点。生产实践表明：采用XZQ-1620浅槽重介分选机分选200～50mm粒级原煤，有效排除了原煤中的大块矸石，降低了块煤产品灰分，提高了选煤厂经济效益。To solve the problem of low efficiency of hand picked refuse in Huafeng coal preparation plant, the XZQ - 1620 H. M vessel use for modifying the original refuse discharge system, and de- scribed the structure, working principle, technical parameters and characteristics of separator. The oper- ation practice shows that using XZQ - 1620 H. M vessel separate 200 -50 mm size fraction raw coal, can effectively eliminate the large size rock, reduce the ash content of lump coal, improved the economic benefit of coal preparation plant.
