摘　　要：针对宁东洗煤厂梅花井分厂(以下简称梅花井分厂)块精煤回收率较低的问题,在块煤分级筛入料溜槽旁新增一处旁通溜槽,并对旁通溜槽进行设计,基于此对洗选工艺进行优化。通过对块精煤生产工艺改造及优化,该分厂精煤回收率得到提高,用电量和材料成本下降,经济效益显著。Aiming at the problem of recovery rate of lump coal is low in Meihuajing branch of Ningdong coal preparation plant, adding a bypass chute into the feeding chute of lump coal sizing screen, and designed bypass chute, based on that carried out the optimization on the separation process. After the renovation and optimization, the clean coal recovery rate increased, and the power consumption and matcrial cost both reduced, obtained significant economic benefits.
