摘 要:以分别经α-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、浓硝酸、浓硝酸-KH550处理的短切碳纤维作为功能组分,制备室温硫化硅橡胶复合材料,研究了碳纤维处理方法对复合材料的力学性能、热性能和烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明,添加经浓硝酸-KH550连续处理碳纤维时,复合材料的性能最好;性能最佳复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别为4.0 MPa和20.3 kN/m,起始分解温度提高到509.3℃,而线烧蚀率和质量烧蚀率分别降低至0.148 mm/s和0.062 g/s。Room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber composites reinforced by short carbon fibers treated by KH550, concentrated nitric acid, and 'a mixture of concentrated nitric acid and KH550 have been prepared. The effect of varying the method of treatment of the carbon fibers on the properties of the composites was investigated. The composite containing carbon fibers treated by a mixture of concentrated nitric acid and KH550 had the best properties among the resulting Composites. The tensile strength and tear strength of this composite were 4.0 MPa and 20. 3 kN/m, respectively. The heat resistance of this composite was also improved and the initial decomposition temperature reached 509. 3 ℃. The line ablation rate and mass ablation rate of this Composite were 0. 148 mm/s and 0. 062 g/s, respectively.
