摘　　要：我国高碳资源价格偏低、低碳资源及低碳产品定价过高,能源价格未能反映生态成本,在各种能源开发利用必然引发具体环境问题的前提下,应当运用法律手段应对能源价格与能源生态环境安全之间的关系,促使能源价格体现能源生态环境安全要素。In current China, high-carbon resources are underpriced while low-carbon resources and products are over-priced. Therefore energy price failed to reflect ecological costs. Under the circumstances that exploitation of various resources would inevitably lead to environmental damage, legal measures should be taken to deal with the relationships among energy prices, energy ecology and environmental security so that the pricing of energy resources could improve safe energy use and environment protection.
