摘  要:大型超市的非对称定价问题,一直是经济理论界关注的热点问题。从双边市场的角度研究了这一问题,指出非对称定价是双边市场的重要特征之一,而大型超市作为典型双边市场中的交易平台,分别为供应商和消费者提供服务并收取费用,其对供应商收取通道费、对消费者免费服务的做法有其合理性,但需要进行规制,以防止其对供应商的过度收费违背市场经济规律,造成社会总福利水平下降。Asymmetric pricing of large supermarket has always been a hot topic among economic theorists. This paper studies the issue from the perspective of two-sided markets, pointing out that asymmetric pricing is one of the most important features of two-sided markets, and acting as the trading platform in a typical two-sided market, the large supermarkets provide services to suppliers for slotting allowances and to consumers for free, which is reasonable but calls for regulations to prevent the excessive fees on suppliers from breaking the rules of market economy and decreasing the level of aggregate social welfare.
