华南人髋臼前倾角测量分析及临床意义

摘　　要：目的测量分析华南人髋臼前倾角,为设计适合华南人的髋关节假体提供数据支持。方法随机选取115例患者及志愿者(男63人,女52人)作为研究对象,按身高和性别不同分组。对各组研究对象骨盆进行螺旋CT扫描,将扫描数据以Dicom格式导入Mimics软件重建髋臼三维模型;采用Imageware软件测量髋臼模型前倾角并进行统计分析。结果测得华南人髋臼前倾角平均值为16.37°,与我国其他地区人群及欧美人存在差异,均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);男性髋臼前倾角较女性小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),髋臼前倾角大小与身高无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论本研究精确测得华南人髋臼前倾角,为华南人髋关节解剖数据库的建立提供数据支持,为设计适合华南人的髋关节假体提供理论依据,也为华南地区全髋关节置换术提供数据参考。Objective To measure and analyse the acetabular anteversion of the south China people, and provide data support for the design of the hip prosthesis which is suitable for south China people. Methods A total of 115 persons （male 63, female 52） were randomly selected and divided into groups by height and sex. Every people underwent a pelvis CT scanning. We obtained the pelvic image data in Dicom 3. 0 format and inputed it to Mimics software to establish acetabular 3D model, then measured and analyse the anteversion of the acetabular model using Imageware. Results The average acetabular anteversion of the south China people was 16. 37°. There were significant differences in the acetabular anteversion between ours and European and other areas of China （P〈0. 05）. And the acetabular anteversions of male were smaller than that of female （P〈0. 05）. There are no relationships between acetabular anteversion and height （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The acetabular anteversions of the south China people were accurately measured in this study, and it can sustain the establish of the anatomic data base of south China people＇s hip joint and can be used to provide theoretical foundation for the design of the hip prosthesis which is suitable for south China people, and it can provide reference standard for total hip replacement of south China people.
