摘　　要：目的:调查社区糖尿病患者糖尿病足相关知识的掌握现况,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用描述性研究设计,对上海市某社区210例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果 :社区糖尿病患者糖尿病足相关知识掌握情况不理想;多元线性回归分析显示,糖尿病病程、文化程度、家庭人均月收入是影响知识的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 :要加强社区糖尿病患者糖尿病足相关知识的健康教育,关注家庭经济条件较差的患者,并根据患者的病程长短、文化程度的不同有针对性地进行教育,进而提高健康教育质量。Objective： To investigate the status of community diabetic patients＇ knowledge related to diabetic foot and analyze the influencing factors. Methods： With descriptive study design, 210 diabetic patients living in a community in Shanghai were enrolled in questionnaires investigation. Results： As a whole, awareness of the knowledge related to diabetic foot of the community diabetic patients was not satisfactory. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that duration of diabetes, educational level and per capita monthly income of the family were the main influencing factors of knowledge related to diabetic foot （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： We should improve the health education for diabetic patients in community, focus on the patients whose family economic conditions were poorer and conduct education according to the patients＇ duration of diabetes and educational level to improve the quality of health education.
