摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展 ,对材料的性能要求越来越高 ,而对这些材料的加工也成了加工业的一个难点 ,钛合金就是其中之一。这里主要阐述了钛合金在小直径攻丝中所遇到的问题及相应的解决方法。As the development of science and technology,the requirements on materials become more and more strict resulting that machining of these materials becomes a tough task,titanium alloy is one of them.In this paper,problems in the process of tapping are stated and the methods are also proposed.
