摘　　要：日本血吸虫病是一种严重危害人类健康的人兽共患寄生虫病,研制疫苗防治该病是当前研究的热点领域。国内外学者对日本血吸虫融合基因疫苗进行了研究,本文综述了该疫苗的构建及其免疫机制等方面的研究新进展。Schistosomiasis japonicum is a zoonotic parasitic disease that threatens human health, and emphasis is cur rently on developing a vaccine against the disease. Numerous studies of fusion gene vaccines against Schistosoma japoni cure have been conducted worldwide. This paper reviews the latest advances in the creation of these vaccines and their im munological mechanisms.
