摘　　要：以某剧场建筑为例,针对建筑中的舞台区、观众厅及共享大厅防火分区面积扩大的问题,采用性能化防火设计的理念,从严格分隔各个功能区、控制可燃物分布、采用不燃材料和难燃材料装修、将共享大厅设计为疏散过渡区等方面提出了消防设计的原则及解决措施。研究结论可作为同类建筑消防设计的参考。Taking a theatre building as an example, aiming at the fire zone expanding of the stage area, auditorium and sharing hall, and hased on the concept of performance-based fire protec- tion design, the principle of fire control design and solving measures were put forward, including strictly separating each function area, controlling combustibles distribution, using non- combustible and fire resistant decoration materials, and using the sharing hall as transition zone for evacuation, etc. The re- search conclusions can be used as reference of similar building fire protection design.
