摘 要:为提高排油注氮灭火装置工程设计的准确性和可靠性,提出一种油浸变压器排油注氮灭火装置中阻尼孔式排气组件开口面积的确定方法。基于理想气体状态方程和气体泄漏模型,在气体泄漏速率、气体等熵指数、注氮管路内气体压力、气体常数量、气体泄漏系数和气体绝对温度等几个参数基础上建立了阻尼孔式泄漏的模型,得出了阻尼孔式排气组件开口面积的计算公式。结果表明,采用此方法能够根据油浸变压器容重设计出相对应的阻尼孔式排气组件的开口面积。In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of pro- ject design for oil evacuation and nitrogen injection extinguis- hing equipment, a method for designing the opening area of elimination unit in oil evacuation and nitrogen injection extin- guishing equipment for oil-immersed power transformer was built. Based on ideal gas state equation and leakage model for gas, a damping hole leakage model was built on the basis of pa- rameters such as gas leakage rate, gas entropy index, gas pres sure in the nitrogen injection pipe, gas constant, gas leakage coefficient and gas absolute temperature, and a formula of open area of elimination unit was given. The results show that, a reasonable conclusion for open area using the method can be a- chieved at according to transformer capacity.
