摘　　要：基于Skyline三维GIS平台,构建了B/S模式的三维消防应急预案系统,系统综合运用了虚拟现实技术、GIS技术以及数据库技术,有效集成空间数据、消防资源、三维建筑物等多元数据与信息,具备数据管理查询、消防资源管理、消防预案管理展示等多种空间辅助决策功能,实现了三维GIS与消防应急服务相结合的管理新模式。Using Skyline 3D GIS, a 3D fire emergency plan sys- tem based on B/S was built. The system integrated used virtual reality technology, GIS technology and database technology, combined spatial data, fire resources, 3D buildings, etc. , had spatial decision support functions of data management and searching, fire resources management, fire plan management and display, which achieved the new management model of combining 3D GIS and fire emergency service.
