政府微博公信力缺失现状及其对策

摘　　要：政府微博是政府部门与群众互动沟通的新平台,具有时效性、大众性、共享性、互动性、包容性和权威性的特点,在公开政务信息、促进民意表达和树立政府在民众心中的形象方面起到了良好的作用。与此同时,政府微博公信力缺失现象愈演愈烈,引起人们广泛关注。通过文献研究法和案例分析法阐述政府微博公信力缺失的现状及原因,并提出相应对策,以使政府微博能够在网络问政方面发挥更大的作用,更好地服务于民。The government microblog is a new platform through which the government can interact and communicate with the general public,which has timeliness, popularity, sharing, interactivity, inclusiveness and authority. It has a beneficial effect on the publicity of administrative information,the promotion of the expression of public opinion and setting up a government image among people. Meanwhile,the absence of credibility of the government mieroblog is getting more and more serious,which has aroused wide public concern. Through literature research and case analysis, the present situation and the reasons of the absence of government＇s microblog credibility are stated and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward ,in order to make the government microblog play a bigger role in network politics and serve the people better.
