电针加中医护理改善急性腰扭伤疼痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨电针加中医护理改善急性腰扭伤疼痛的作用。方法选择2012年3月—2013年1月在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院就诊的急性腰扭伤患者96例,随机分为观察组48例和对照组48例。观察组采用电针加中医护理,包括中药熏蒸和点穴,对照组单纯采用电针治疗。观察两组患者治疗后疼痛改善情况。结果在治疗第3、5天观察组患者疼痛减轻程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗5天后,观察组总有效率为97.9%,对照组总有效率为89.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针结合中医护理有利于减轻急性腰扭伤患者的腰痛,缩短疗程,促进患者早日康复。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus traditional Chinese nursing in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods A total of 96 patients with acute lumbar sprain in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2013 were randomly allocated to the treatment group （48 cases） and the control group （48 cases）.The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus traditional Chinese nursing,and the control group only received electroacupuncture.Results On days 3 and 5,the efficacy of pain relief in the treatment group was more remarkable than that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.After 5-day treatment,the total efficacy rate was 97.9％ in the treatment group and 89.6％ in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The electroacupuncture plus traditional Chinese nursing is effective in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain by relieving pain,shortening the treatment course,and improving the life quality of patients.
