摘 要:改性沥青防水粘结层存在抗剪切强度低、施工工艺复杂、需要撒布碎石等不足。为此,开发了新型防水粘结层-高分子沥青基防水粘结层(简称PCMA),该材料具有抗剪切强度高、施工方便和不需要撒布碎石等优点。为了验证PCMA的实际应用效果,在汕梅高速公路水泥混凝土路面大修工程中进行了试验路施工。根据试验路的现场检测结果表明:PCMA的剪切强度、拉拔强度和疲劳寿命均明显高于常规防水粘结层,对于提高刚柔复合结构的使用寿命具有重要的应用价值。The presence of modified bitumen adhesive layer shear strength is low, the construction process complexity, requires spreading gravel and other deficiencies. To this end, the development of new waterproof bonding layer-Polymer bitumen based waterproofing adhesive layer (referred PCMA), the material has a high shear strength, easy construction and unwanted sprea- ding gravel and other advantages. In order to verify the practical application of PCMA effect, highway cement concrete pave- ment ShanMei overhaul was carried out test road construction. According to the test results showed that the path of the field tests: PCMA shear strength, drawing strength and fatigue life were significantly higher than conventional waterproof adhesive layer for improving the life of rigid composite structure has important application value.
