摘　　要：城市化促进了社会经济的发展,也引发了一系列社会经济问题。人的城市化是城市化发展的本质。在中国的城市化由成长期向成熟期过度期间,必须把人的城市化作为发展方向,才能真正解决城市化进程中的问题和矛盾。Since the reform and opening up, China＇s urbanization has been developing and is growihg rapidly since 1992. The urbanization level for the first time exceeded 50% by the end of 2011, which means that China＇s social and economic development has reached a new urban-oriented stage. But together with this development, problems also emerge such as increasingly serious income inequality, the empty countryside and decreasing sense of happiness on the part of citizens and the like. By analyzing the phe- nomena and problems in the process of urbanization, the present study points out： the urbanization of hu- man beings is the true nature of urbanization, so from growing stage to mature one, human should be tak- en as the direction of the urbanization in China. Only in this way, can we solve the problems and contra- dictions in urbanization process.
