摘　　要：产业集群作为一种特殊的经济形态为繁荣我国区域经济发挥着重要的作用。通过产业集群的协同作用构建创新系统不但能弥补单个企业创新能力不足的问题,而且对进一步促进区域经济快速发展具有重要的现实意义。As a special economic form, industrial cluster plays an important role in the prosperity of the regional economy in the process of China＇s economic development. Building innovation system of industrial clusters not only fills the gap of lacking innovation on the part of single enterprise, but also has great practical significance in pushing the development of regional economy. Based on the related theory of industrial cluster and synergy innovation, this paper discusses the promoting effect of industrial cluster in synergy innovation, analyzes the status quo and problems of regional industry clusters development in Jieyang, then finally proposes development strategies for synergy innovation for industrial cluster in this region.
