摘　　要：基于群落生态学相关理论,界定了城市关联等概念。以新疆天山北坡城市群为研究对象,选取2005年和2011年城市在岗职工数的面板数据,采用城市关联度模型,测算了要素流动量、功能效率、流动倾度和城市关联度等指标,从时间维和空间维分析了该城市群内城市间的相互作用关系,探讨了影响城市关联度的因素,并提出了天山北坡城市群协调发展的对策。研究表明,天山北坡城市群各城市行业要素流动量相差大,同时随着时间的演进其数值变化较大;多数城市的城市关联度偏小,城市间的空间联系偏弱,与各城市的综合经济实力不强,城市要素流动倾度不高有关;区域总体分布格局保持稳定,天山北坡城市群在中心城市带动下的集聚效应不断强化;第二产业对城市关联度的影响大于第三产业,天山北坡城市群仍然处于以工业增长为主的初级发展阶段。In this paper,the authors define the conception such as urban association based on the theories of community ecology at the beginning.Taking urban agglomeration in northern slope of Tianshan Mountains as a case,the urban association model is used to calculate the volume of urban elements fluxion,efficiency of urban function,fluxional inclination and urban association degree,to analyze the relations of interaction between the cities in the urban agglomeration from the time dimension and space dimension,and to discuss the influencing factors of urban association degree,as well as to propose some suggestion of coordinated development for the urban agglomeration in northern slope of Tianshan Mountains.The panel date of staff and workers in 2005 and 2010 is used as the contrastive data.It is clear that there is a gap between the cities on the volume of urban elements fluxion.At the same time,its value changes largely over time.Most of cities have a low urban association degree and a weak spatial relationship in the urban agglomeration,because of limited economic power and urban elements fluxional inclination.Generally,the regional distribution pattern remains stable,and the agglomeration effect of central cities strengthens unceasingly.The urban association degree still has a bigger benefit from the secondary industry than from the tertiary industry,so the development of urban agglomeration is still on the primary phase which is characterized by industrial growth.
