摘　　要：本文是在法经济学的视角下,使用博弈论的方法研究我国城市房屋非公益性拆迁的相关问题,通过分析,将拆迁过程中各利益主体的经济属性进行有机结合,最终试图指出现行拆迁政策的不足提出合理化建议,从而减少甚至消除矛盾,更好地构建和谐社会。This article is to study the relevant problems of the house demolition of non-public benefits from the angle of law and economics, using the method of the cost analysis and the game theory in order to com- bine the economic nature of beneficiaries during the house demolition and finally point out the deficiencies of the policies in force and put forward to some rationalization proposals, decrease even eliminate the contradictions and build a harmonious society.
