摘　　要：本文介绍美国《康复法》、《残疾人教育法》、《辅助技术法》和《美国残疾人法》中残疾人在职业康复、就业、教育、公共环境等领域中的辅助技术权益要点,法律对政府部门和有关机构在残疾人辅助技术工作方面的责任和要求。讨论这些法规的立法方式与执行方法对我国的借鉴价值。This paper introduced the key right of people with disabilities for assistive technology under the U.S. laws, including The Re-habilitation Act, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Assistive Technology Act and Americans with Disabilities Act. The assistive technology right involved occupation rehabilitation, employment and education and public area. The related agency needs to respond to these requirement. China can learn some from these acts.
