摘　　要：阐述了我国经济刑法国际化进路的基本特征和新时期面临的主要问题,并探讨了新时期我国经济刑法国际化进路的立法取向和司法应对举措,以期能有益于我国经济犯罪风险防治效益的提升。This paper expounds the basic characteristics of the internationalization of China＇ s economic criminal law. Based on the analyzing of the main problem in the new period, the author gives Suggestions on the legislation orientation and judicial measures. She hopes this paper can have some meaning on improving prevention the risk of economic crime.
