双环切技术治疗重度环状混合痔临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨双环切技术治疗重度环状混合痔的临床效果。方法单纯采用外痔环切+吻合器痔上黏膜环节钉合术治疗重度环状混合痔。结果各病例术后均可达到临床治愈,肛缘平整,肛门功能完好。结论双环状手术治疗重度环状混合痔取得较好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate clinical effect of the technique with double Circumcision in curing severe circular mixed hemorrhoids. Method Simple external hemorrhoids circumcision and pph technique were performed in treatment of severe circular mixed hemorrhoids. Results All patients were cured with smooth anal margin and intact function. Conclusion Double circumcision in curing severe circular mixed hemorrhoids can achieve better clinical results.
