摘 要:目的探讨瓦斯爆炸伤对大鼠肺脏的损伤情况。方法建立瓦斯爆炸伤动物实验模型,观察瓦斯爆炸后1,2,4,8,12,24h时段肺组织形态学变化;动脉血气变化;白细胞计数的变化;动态观察动脉血IL-8的变化。结果瓦斯爆炸伤致肺损伤后的大鼠出现肺水肿,出血。肺内炎性细胞浸润,体内酸碱平衡失调,且肺损伤程度与IL-8含量呈正相关。结论瓦斯爆炸伤后会造成大鼠肺水肿,炎性细胞浸润,造成机体酸碱平衡失调,且IL-8含量与肺损伤程度密切相关。Objective To discuss on gas explosion injury of rat lung. Methods The animal model of gas explosion injury was established. Effect of gas explosion injury was observed after 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24h interval including the lung pathological changes, the changes of arterial blood gas changes, leukocyte count. And dynamic change of IL- 8 was detected in arterial plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Pulmonary edema and hemorrhage after lung injury of rat caused by the gas explosion injury also were observed. Results Lung inflammatory cell infiltration, the body acid - base balance, and the degree of lung injury was positively related to IL- 8 content. Conclusion Gas explosion injury can cause pulmonary edema in rats, the infiltration of inflammatory cells, body acid - base unbalance. The content of IL - 8 is closely related to the degree of lung injury.
