六味能消胶囊治疗高脂血症患者中医症状临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察六味能消胶囊治疗高脂血症患者中医症状的临床疗效。方法以血滞通胶囊为对照药,采用随机、开放、阳性对照的方法将108例高脂血症患者随机分成二组,观察组和对照组分别为81例和27例,进行治疗和比较,疗程为6周。结果共有106例完成了试验(观察组80例,对照组26例)。治疗前后,二组患者中医症状总积分实测值历时性变化组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六味能消胶囊治疗高脂血症患者中医症状安全、有效,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of Liuweinengxiao capsule in curing hyperlipemia. Methods A random, open, positive drug by means of Xuezhitong capsule controlled method was designed. 108 patients were divided into two groups, 81 cases for experimental group and 27 cases for control group. The course concludes 6 weeks. Results Totally 106 patients including 80 cases for experimental group and 26 cases for control group had been completed experiment. There were statistic significance of the total integral change value interior in the experimental group or the control group（P〈0.05）, there were no statistic significance of the total integral change value between the experimental group and the control group（P〉 0.05）. Conclusions Liuweinengxiao capsule for hyperlipemia is secure and effective. It is worth to spread continually.
