摘 要:阐述了太阳电池的仿真数学模型,并采用适合太阳电池并网的双环控制方式,构建基于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台并具有低电压穿越控制策略的PV发电系统。通过对PV发电系统稳态和暂态运行特性的仿真分析,得出将PV看作一个功率消耗为负的广义动态负荷,进而提出PV的3阶微分状态方程的等效描述模型。通过对不同扰动强度下的仿真建模比较分析,对该等效描述模型的有效性和参数的稳定性进行验证。With the increasing proportion of photovohaic generation system in power grid, its impacts cannot be simply neglected. In order to study the load model of distribution network including PV (Photovoltaic, PV ) generation, this paper describes the mathematical model of PV. The double-loop control strategy that is suitable for PV generation system integrating to network was adopted to build a PV generation system which has the ability of lower voltage ride-through in Matlab/Simulink. Through the analysis of dynamic operation characteristics in the transient state processes,. PV generation system can be equivalent to a generalized dynamic load which consumes negative power, and can be described as third-order differential state equations. The validity of the model and the stability of its parameters are testified by the analysis of simulation modeling with different interference intensities.
