摘 要:在昆明地区搭建一套可调节集热器倾角的间接式强制循环分体承压阳台壁挂式平板型太阳热水器实验平台,建立集热器不同倾斜面接收太阳辐照的模型,并在昆明地区夏季晴好天气下,测试并分析此种太阳热水器在不同倾角下的运行特性,得到不同倾角下,系统温升、得热量与集热器接收的太阳辐照之间的关系。结果表明,该系统热性能优良,超过了相关国家标准的要求;不同倾角下系统平均日效率差别不大,系统瞬时效率均随时间增加呈下降趋势;分体承压换热水箱的温度分层情况不明显。为获得较大的能量收益,建议昆明地区阳台壁挂式太阳热水器的倾角不大于75°。An experimental rig was set up in Kunming for an hanged on the balcony wall with separate pressure bearing indirect forced-circulated flat-plate solar water heater and adjustable inclinations. In this paper, a solar radiation model has been established to estimate the total solar radiation incident on the inclined collector surface, the operational performance of such a solar water heater under different inclinations in summer was measured and analyzed under clear sky conditions in Kunming, and the relations between the system' s temperature rise and heat gain and the solar radiation incident on the collector surface were obtained under different inclinations. The results showed that in general the system has an good performance, outperforming the relevant state standard requirements ; under different inclinations, the system' s average daily thermal efficiency does not vary considerably and the transient efficiency decreases with time in a specific day, the temperature stratification of the hot water storage tank with separate pressure bearing is not significant. To have a larger heat gain, it is recommended that in Kunming the inclination for the solar water heater hanged on the balcony wall shall be no more than 75°.
