摘 要:以低品位二级铝矾土(氧化铝质量分数67%)为基料,分别以铬铁矿、白云石、软锰矿为添加剂,通过煅烧制度优化,制备了高强度石油压裂支撑剂,并对比研究了三种添加剂对样品性能的影响及其影响机理.实验结果表明,少量添加剂(质量分数≤2%)可降低支撑剂试样的破碎率和烧结温度;在最佳添加用量条件下(质量分数≤2%),白云石和软锰矿添加剂具有显著的降低试样烧结温度的效果,比未引入添加剂的试样降低100~130℃,而铬铁矿添加剂对于破碎率的降低效果最为明显,支撑剂在69 MPa下破碎率仅为1.8%.Fracturing proppant was prepared by pressureless sintering process with starting materials of low-rank bauxite (67% Al2O3) and additives of dolomite,pyrolusite and chromite.The influence of additives on phase composition,microstructure and breakage ratio was studied by XRD,SEM and column compression test,respectively.The results indicate that all three employed additives reduced the sintering temperature and breakage ratio of the proppant samples.Further analysis reveals that the dolomite and pyrolusite promoted the formation of liquid phase during sintering process,and thus effectively depressed the sintering temperatures by 100 ~130℃; on the other hand,the chromite favored the growth of chrome-corundum and rod-like mullite phases,both of which were believed strengthen the fracturing proppant.Proppant samples with breakage ratio down to 1.8% were achieved with chromite addition dosage of 2 wt% and sintering temperature of 1 420℃.
