摘 要:不同的利益相关者就战略问题达成一致性的理解和认知是企业战略得以有效执行的重要前提和保障。企业家社会网络中蕴含着丰富的关系资源,为企业战略共识的形成提供了有利条件。本文实证分析了企业家社会资本的网络结构、关系强度以及信任程度等三个维度对利益相关者战略共识形成的不同影响,发现网络结构对战略共识范围有着显著的正向影响,信任程度对战略共识程度有着显著的正向影响,关系强度对战略共识范围和共识程度的影响则均不显著。The accordant cognition and comprehension on Enterprise Strategy of inside or out- side stakeholders were showed to be the important premise and guarantee of strategy performance. The abundant relationship resources in Entrepreneur Social Network provided advantages to the for- mation of Strategy Consensus. This article attempts to reveal the different relationships between the three dimensions of Entrepreneur Social Capital and Strategy Consensus. Through data analysis we conclude that : Network of Entrepreneur Social Capital would positively influence the Scope of Strate- gy Consensus; Trust degree of Entrepreneur Social Capital would have positive effects on the Depth of Strategy Consensus ; but Relation Strength of Entrepreneur Social Capital has no obvious influence on the Scope or Depth of Strategy Consensus.
