卷烟产品研发管理系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：为提升烟草工业企业卷烟产品研发管理水平,在梳理优化产品研发流程的基础上,设计和开发了基于.NET平台的卷烟产品研发管理信息系统。该系统利用SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)架构和SAP XI集成总线技术实现了与其他信息系统的紧密集成,建立了产品设计、产品数据和产品标准知识管理库,将产品资源进行挖掘、整合与关联,为企业搭建了产品研发协同管理环境,实现了产品研发的全流程管理。应用效果表明,系统可有效管理产品研发数据,将产品研发管理中各个流程节点之间的信息实现共享与传递,提高了产品开发过程的可追溯性,实现了单点研发与多点同质化生产的管理目标。To promote the management level of cigarette product research and development in tobacco industrial enterprise, a .NET-based management information system was designed and developed by optimizing the flow of product research and development. By incorporating Service-Oriented Architecture （SOA） and SAP XI integrated bus technology, the developed system closely integrated with other information systems and established a knowledge management library inclusive of product design, product data and product standard, which excavated, integrated and associated product resources to construct a coordinated management environment of product research and development and realize the whole flow management of product research and development. The results of application showed that the system could effectively manage the R＆D data of cigarette products, realize information sharing and transmitting among flow nodes in product research and development management, improve the traceability of product development process, and achieve the management goal of single-point development and multi-point homogeneous production.
