摘  要:a,a-二氯代羰基化合物是一类重要的有机合成中间体,可作为合成砌块。以水为反应介质,在对甲苯磺酸的催化作用下,通过羰基化合物与三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)的a,a-二氯代反应,在较短的反应时间内实现了a,a-二氯代羰基化合物的合成。对于部分苯乙酮类化合物和伊酮酯类化合物,a,a-二氯代反应取得了良好的效果,二氯代产物产率为82.2%~95.2%。含有对甲苯磺酸的水相反应体系可以重复利用至少5次,二氯代产物的产率维持在84.7%~95.2%。水一酸反应体系低毒、廉价、可重复利用,比较接近绿色化学的要求。a,a-Dichlorocarbonyl compounds are a class of important organic intermediates, which can be used as synthetic building blocks, a,u-Dichlorocarbonyl compounds were prepared in a short time by the reactions between carbonyl compounds and trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA). In this kind of chlorination reactions, water was used as the reaction medium and PTSA was used as catalyst. When some acetophe- nones and fl-ketoesters were used as substrates, the results o{ the chlorination reactions were good and the yields of the chlorinated products were 82.2%~95.2%. The water phase containing PTSA was re-used at least five times and the yields of chlorinated products were 84.7~95.2M. The water-acid system with low toxicity is cheap and reusable and it is close to the requirement of green chemistry.
