摘  要:由于计算曝气量的ASM数学模型存在化验数据多、无法实时和准确测量等缺陷,导致大多数污水厂都无法实施精确曝气。针对MSBR污水处理工艺的特点,从生产实际出发,通过简化算气模型、改变控制等方式,设计了基于PLC的AVS精确曝气系统。该系统自动化程度高、功能齐全,而且改造费用极低。实际运行数据表明,该系统能较好地控制溶解氧,出水水质明显好转,单耗比未实施前降低7.5%,鼓风机能耗占比下降15.1%。Due to the defects of ASM (activated sludge model) mathematical model which is for calculating aeration volume,such as too many assay data and the difficulties of real time and precise measurement,accurate aeration is unable to be implemented in most of the sewage plants.In accordance with the features of MSBR sewage treatment process,based on actual production,the aeration volume calculation model is simplified and the control mode is modified,thus the strategy of solution is given.On this basis,the aeration volume control system (AVS) accurate aeration system based on PLC is designed.This system features high automation level,complete functions,and low revamping cost.The practical operational data indicate that the system can well control dissolved oxygen and make the quality of outlet water better; the total consumption is decreased 7.5%,and the power consumption of blast blowers is decreased 15.1%.
