摘 要:为筛选出有效防治马铃薯晚疫病和辣椒枯萎病的药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了6种杀菌剂对马铃薯晚疫病菌和辣椒枯萎病菌的抑菌作用。6种杀菌剂中,25%咪鲜胺EC对2种病原菌的毒力最强,EC50值分别为0.032 mg/L和0.089 mg/L;氟环唑和己唑醇次之;12.5%腈菌唑EC和粉唑醇抑制效果较好;50%甲基硫菌灵WP的毒力最差。25%咪鲜胺EC,氟环唑和己唑醇均可有效抑制2种病原菌的生长,可进一步用于田间试验。In order to select fungicides that can effectively bacteriostasis of six fungicides on Phytophthora infestans control Potato Late Bright and Pepper Fusarium wilt , from Potatoes and Pepper Fusarium oxysporum was measured using mycelium growth rate method. The toxicity of prochloraz 25% EC was the most effective one to the pathogen with the EC50 of 0. 032 mg/L and 0. 089 mg/L respectively. Epoxiconazole and hexaconazole were lesser. Myclobutanil 12.5% EC and flutriafol also had well control effect to the pathogen . While thiophanate - methyl 50% WP was lower than others. Prochloraz 25% EC, epoxiconazole and hexaconazole could effectively inhibit the growth of Phytophthora infestans from Potatoes and Pepper Fusarium oxysporum and could be used in field trials.
