摘　　要：欧盟知识产权战略的实施,主要表现在加快本区域知识产权法律一体化进程、构建激励创新体系以及推动知识产权的国际保护等方面。欧盟注重知识产权立法协调和创新成果的知识产权保护的做法值得我国借鉴。作为一个多法域国家和技术后发国家,协调区际知识产权法律冲突,发挥知识产权在促进产学研合作方面的重要作用,是我国知识产权战略实施的重要内容。面对欧盟知识产权海外战略的推进,我国也应积极应对,形成自己的知识产权保护国际战略。The implementation of European Union intellectual property strategy includes accelerating the integrated process of regional IP laws, building the system of incentive innovation system and promoting the international protection of IP. The advanced ex- perience of EU is worth us learning. As a special country, China needs to coordinate the IP law conflicts, and fully utilize IP to promote the industry - university - institution cooperation. With EU strengthening the international protection of Intellectual Property actively, China still needs to take some measures to defend ourselves and establish our own strategies of international protection.
