摘  要:采用海绵烧杯贴壁法,对引种新疆的加拿大一枝黄花化感活性进行研究。结果表明,茎水浸提液质量浓度为50~100 g/L时,对番茄种子萌发、幼苗株高和根长均有显著抑制作用;而叶和花序部位水浸提液的各个质量浓度范围(25~100 g/L)对番茄种子的萌发和幼苗生长均有强烈抑制作用,且抑制作用随浸提液质量浓度的升高而显著增强,叶和花序水浸提液为100 g/L时,对番茄种子萌发和幼苗株高和根系发育的抑制作用达到100%;加拿大一枝黄花叶和花序的水浸提液对番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用大于茎。研究结果显示引种新疆的加拿大一枝黄花对番茄的化感作用显著强于浙江地区。Using the method of sponge beaker adherent, we studied the allelopathy of Solidago canadensis that introduction to Xinjiang, and compared the experiment results with Fang Fang’s. The effects of water extract from Solidago canadensis of Xinjiang in flowering period on seed germination and seedling growth of Lycoperisum esculetum were determined. The results showed that strong allelopathic effects of Solidago canadensis in flower period were observed, with facilitating effect on growth of crop seedling under treatment with 25 g/L water extract from Solidago canadensis and the inhibiting effect with 50 g/L or more. The inhibiting effects become stronger with the concentration increase of the water extract, even killed the seeds with the treatment of 100 g/L;the effects of the leaves and inflorescences of Solidago canadensis were stronger than those from the stems. The results of the study showed the allelopathy of Solidago canadensis in Xinjiang was stronger than that in Zhejiang.
