蒙古黄芪特异性、一致性和稳定性研究

摘　　要：采用实地观测的方法,观测了种植在杨凌的来源于陇西、定西、渭源等17个不同产区的蒙古黄芪的生物学性状,以研究蒙古黄芪的特异性、一致性和稳定性。结果发现,蒙古黄芪生长期约215d,其中播种30d左右进入出苗期,出苗结束至始花期约25d,始花期至终花期约25d,初果期至熟果期约35d,熟果期至衰老期约100d;选择观测的20个蒙古黄芪性状中,作为质量性状的4个性状均表现良好的特异性、一致性和稳定性,这是由于质量性状是由蒙古黄芪的基因型决定的,变异不大;作为假质量性状的5个性状则表现了相对较好的特异性、一致性和稳定性;作为数量性状的11个性状表现较差的特异性、一致性和稳定性,这是由于数量性状受环境因素影响较大,导致性状变异较大。Biological characteristics of Astragalus membranaceus, derived from 17 different regions, such as Longxi, Dingxi, Weiyuan and so on, were surveyed in the field of Yangling and the results were obtained to provide evidence for studying distinctness, uniformity and stability of Astragalus membranaceus. The results showed that growing period of Astragalus membranaceus was almost 215 days, and the emergence of seedlings was about 30 days after seeding, from end of emergence of seedlings to the beginning of flowering was about 25 days ,florescence was about 25 days, legume stage was about 35 days and from mature period to withering period was about 100 days. Among the 20 selected characters, 4 qualitative characters determined by genotype showed well in distinctness, uniformity and stability, 5 pseudo qualitative characteristics displayed relatively well in distinctness, uniformity and stability; whereas other 11 quantitative characters revealed poorer in distinctness, uniformity and stability, which inferred that the quantitative characters were greatly affected by environmental factors and more variations existed.
