摘  要:通过体外法研究粪肠球菌的生长特点、耐酸性、耐胆盐性和抑菌性等,以评价其益生效果。结果表明:①粪肠球菌在培养2h后进入对数期,8h到达稳定期;②经pH 2、3、4的人工胃液处理3h后,粪肠球菌极显著降低至2.71×105、1.03×107和5.65×107 CFU/mL(P<0.01);③粪肠球菌经含质量分数为0.2%和0.3%的胆盐溶液处理3h后,极显著降低至1.46×106和1.37×106 CFU/mL(P<0.01);④粪肠球菌对大肠杆菌O1和O78均在混合培养至10h时表现极显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。可见,粪肠球菌生长繁殖速度快,能耐受胃肠道环境,对大肠杆菌O1和O78有一定的抑制作用,适合作为微生态制剂的生产菌种。The experiment was conducted to study the growth characteristics, tolerance to acid and bile and antibacterial activity of Enterococcus faecalis and evaluate its probiotic characteristics in vitro. The results showed as follows:①The growth of E.faecalis entered logarithmic phase after 2 hours culture and reached the stable stage at 8 hours.②The bacteria viable counts significantly reduced to 2.71×105CFU/mL, 1.03×107CFU/mL and 5.65×107CFU/mL (P〈0.01) when the E.faecalis sustained in artificial gastric juice for three hours under pH 2, 3 and 4, respectively. ③The viable counts significantly reduced to 1.46×106 and 1.37×106 CFU/mL (P〈0.01) when E.faecalis cultured in 0.2% and 0.3% bile salt medium for 3 hours, respectively.④E.faecalis could significantly inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli O1 and O78 at 10 hours in mixed culture (P〈0.01). It was concluded that E.faecalis could be fast growing and could survive in the gastrointestinal tract and inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli to some extent which was appropriate for a production strains of probiotics.
