摘 要:根据干法氟化铝生产过程产生的含氟废水水质和电石渣的特点,提出了电石渣处理而浓度笛氟酸性发水的工艺流程。当控制含氟废水pH为8-9,PAM质量分数为0.1%,加入量为0.02%时,就可以确保清液中氟质量浓度达到少于10mg,L的国家排放标准。工艺中80%的中水可循环回收,20%的中水可达标排放,其滤渣主要成分为CaF2,经干燥后可循环回收,使原料利用率提高约2.4%,从而实现以废治废、循环经济的目的,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。According to the characteristics of fluorine-containing wastewater from the dry process of AIF3 production and carbide slag,the process flow for treating high-concentration fluorine-containing wastewater with carbide slag has been put forward. When pH is controlled at 8-9, PAM concentration is 0.1%, PAM dosage is 0.02%, the F-con- tent in clear liquid keeping at less than 10 mg/L as prescribed in the national discharge standard can be assured. In the new process, 80% of reclaimed water can be circulated and reused, and 20% of reclaimed water should be dis- charged, reaching the standard. The main ingredient of filter residue is CaF2, which can be circulated and recovered after drying. As a result, the materials utilization rate has an increase by about 2.4%, so as to realize the goal of treating waste with waste, and recvclin economy, having remarkable economic and social benefits.
