摘 要:针对含聚污水中聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)引起过滤罐堵塞和憋压的问题,基于其分子黏附滤料的特点,研究高温和高级氧化作用下HPAM溶液性质的变化规律,提出了对含聚污水进行高速剪切、热降解和电-Fenton处理以避免过滤罐堵塞的方法。结果表明:HPAM能大量黏附于填料砂上,造成过滤罐堵塞;高速剪切方法仅能在一定程度上缓解过滤罐的堵塞;HPAM的热稳定性使高温降解很难达到处理要求;热降解辅以高速剪切及电-Fenton处理HPAM溶液可较好解决过滤罐堵塞问题。Aiming at the problem s of blockage and containing polymer-bearing wastewater,the changing pressure suppression of fihering tanks caused by HPAM rule of HPAM solution characteristics under conditions for high temperature and advanced oxidation has been studied,based on the feature of molecules adhering to fiher materials. Then, the ways of high speed shearing, thermal degradation and electro-Fenton treatment are proposed, so as to avoid this blocking problem. The results show that lots of HPAM can adhere to the surface of filling sands, causing the blockage of filtering tanks. High speed shearing can only ease up the blockage problem in filter tanks to a certain degree. It is rather difficult for heat statiblity of HPAM to make the thermal degradation meet the treatment requirements. Thermal degradation assisted with high speed shearing and electro-Fenton for treating HPAM solution can better solve the problem of filter tank blockage.
