摘 要:介绍了天津钢铁集团全厂综合废水零排放工程的概况、设计参数、工艺特点、运行状况及经济分析。根据天钢全厂综合废水水质特点,采用调节池+高密度沉淀池+V型滤池+多介质过滤+连续微滤+反渗透的工艺流程。实践表明:各工序出水指标满足设计要求,工艺系统运行稳定。工程投运后,每年可节约自来水取水量580万m3,减少废水排放量960万m3,具有显著的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。The general situation of the factory integrated design parameters, process characteristics, running status acteristics of water quality of the factory integrated wastewater zero discharge of Tianjin Iron & Steel Group, and economic analysis are introduced. Based on the char- wastewater,the process flow of regulation pool+densadeg + aquazur-V filter+multi-media filter+continuous microfiltration+RO has been used. The practice results show that the effluent indexes of every working procedure can meet its design requirements, and the technological system runs steadily. After this project is put into operation ,5.8x10^6 m3 of tap water withdrawal rate can be saved annually and 9.6x10^6 m3 of wastewater displacement can be reduced, having significant economic, environmental and social bene- fits.
