摘  要:鼓风曝气系统是采用A2O工艺的城市污水处理厂的主要耗能单元,对曝气量的精确控制是降低其能耗的重要措施。在某城市污水处理厂采用DO精确控制技术调控A2O工艺好氧池的曝气量,考察了控制的稳定性、生物单元的处理效果及曝气系统的节能情况。试验期间,DO稳定控制在(2±0.2)mg/L,系统出水水质能够达到一级A标准,好氧池还发生了部分短程硝化现象,同时曝气系统的节能效果明显,单耗由0.242 kW·h/m3降至0.218 kW·h/m3。Aeration system is the major energy-consuming unit of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) using A^2O process. Precise control of the aeration system is an important measure to reduce energy consumption. DO precise control technology was used in a WWTP to control the aeration capacity of the aerobic tank of A^2O process. The stability of DO, treatment effect of biological treatment system and energy saving effect were investigated. The results showed that DO was controlled stably at (2 + 0.2) mg/L, the effluent quality of the biological treatment system satisfied the discharge standards, short-cut nitrification appeared in aerobic tank, notable energy saving effect of the aeration system was observed, and the energy consumption per unit was reduced from 0. 242 kW . h/m^3 to 0.218 kW . h/m^3.
