摘 要:针对某污水处理厂的运行现状,采用高效水解装置对沉砂池出水进行预处理,能提高废水的B/C值约0.1,有利于后续氧化沟工艺的运行。同时采用两级生物滤池对现有工程二沉池出水进行深度处理,重点考察了对COD、氨氮和总氮的去除效果。中试结果表明:在冬季低温条件下,当进水COD为60~100mg/L、氨氮为5~20mg/L、总氮为20~30mg/L时,出水COD〈60mg/L、氨氮〈5mg/L、总氮〈20mg/L,能够确保出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级B标准。Based on the present operation status of a sewage treatment plant, the effluent of a grit chamber was treated by the efficient hydrolytic acidification device. The B/C was improved by 0. 1, which could benefit the operation of the subsequent oxidation ditch process. The secondary sedimentation tank effluent was treated by the two-stage biological aerated filter process, and the removal effects of COD, NH3 -N and TN were investigated. The results showed that at low winter temperatures, when the influent COD, NH3 - N and TN were 60 to 100 mg/L, 5 to 20 mg/L and 20 to 30 mg/L, respectively, the effluent COD, NH3 - N and TN were below 60 rag/L, 5 mg/L and 20 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality met the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ).
