摘 要:三维荧光光谱技术因为具有高度灵敏性,可对水体中的有机物进行识别而日益受到研究者的关注。基于三维荧光,结合交替三线性分解(ATLD)分析,考察某自来水厂净化过程中对不同类型有机物的去除特征,解析出三种有效ATLD荧光组分C1、C2、C3,分别对应为络氨酸类蛋白物质、色氨酸类蛋白物质和腐殖酸类物质。整个水处理工艺能够有效去除水体中的有机物,预氧化工艺对C1、C2、C3荧光组分的去除率分别为36.2%、35.6%、29.8%,大大降低了后续处理工艺的负荷;深度处理工艺是去除有机物的主体,其中生物活性炭单元对C1、C2、C3荧光组分的去除率分别达到31.6%、24.1%和35.4%,是保障水质安全的重要屏障。建立在交替三线性分解(ATLD)分析基础上的荧光光谱技术能够实时响应水中有机物的去除与变化特征,有助于优化水处理工艺参数,确保饮用水水质安全。Three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy, with a high degree of sensitivity, can effectively identify organic compounds in water samples. Combined with alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) algorithm analysis, three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy was used to investigate the removal of organic compounds in water treatment processes. Three fluorescent components, including tyrosine-like protein substances (C1), tryptophan-like protein substances (C2) and humic-like substances (C3) were identified. It was found that a complete water treatment process could effectively remove or- ganic compounds from water. The removal rates of the three fluorescent components in pre-oxidation process were 36.2% , 35.6% and 29.8% respectively, which significantly reduced the load of subse- quent treatment processes. Advanced treatment processes played a major role in the removal of organic compounds. The removal rates of the three fluorescent components in the biological activated carbon unit in particular were 31.6% , 24.1% and 35.4% respectively. The fluorescence spectroscopy technology based on ATLD analysis enables real-time observation of the compounds in water, thus helping to optimize water treatment ing water quality.
