摘  要:以正磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠为缓蚀剂,利用管段模拟反应器,对比考察了3种磷酸盐对给水管网铁释放的控制作用,并评价了各类磷酸盐对管网铁释放的控制持续效果。研究结果表明,三聚磷酸钠与六偏磷酸钠对给水管网铁释放现象的控制效果要优于正磷酸钠。投加1.5 mg/L(以P计)磷酸盐15 d后,正磷酸钠可使管段铁释放速率降低68%、浊度降低50%、色度降低80%;三聚磷酸钠使管段铁释放速率降低了83%、浊度降低了78%、色度降低了90%;六偏磷酸钠对于铁释放的控制效果略优于三聚磷酸钠,铁释放速率降低了87%、浊度降低了82%、色度降低了90%。连续投加磷酸盐15 d能够有效控制铁释放现象,之后停止投加磷酸盐,控制效果仍可持续至少30 d。The control effects of phosphate inhibitors (orthophosphate, tripolyphosphate and hex- ametaphosphate) on iron release in the drinking water distribution system were investigated in pipe section reactors. The results showed that tripolyphosphate and hexametaphosphate were more effective than orthophosphate at reducing the iron release rate. Specifically, after the addition of 1.5 mg/L ( calculated as P) orthophosphate for 15 d, the iron release rate, turbidity and color decreased by 68% , 50% and 80%, respectively. Meanwhile, after adding tripolyphosphate for 15 d, the iron release rate, turbidity and color were decreased by 83% , 78% and 90% , respectively. After adding hexametaphosphate for 15 d, the iron release rate, turbidity and color were decreased by 87%, 82% and 90%, respectively. By adding phosphate for 15 d, iron release in the drinking water distribution system could be controlled effi- ciently. After the addition of phosphate stopped, the control effect of phosphate on iron release could be maintained for at least 30 d.
