摘  要:在宁东能源化工基地供水二期工程的输配水系统中,清水输水水泵扬程高、线路长、沿途地形复杂、高程起伏大、穿越障碍物较多,当出现加压泵停车、出口阀门关闭等突发状况时,容易产生水锤现象,对输水安全性造成极大危害。工程设计时利用特征线法,对比无防护及有防护措施下的水锤计算结果,选择采用蓄能液压缓闭蝶阀、压力波动预止阀及空气阀等防护措施,保证了供水安全。Because of the high pump lift, long distance, and the complex and wavy terrain as well as numerous other barriers in the water supply project (phase II ) in the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base, water hammer often occurred when the booster pump stopped, and the outlet valve closed accidentally, which caused a great damage to the safety of water conveyance. Calculations of water hammer in water distribution with and without protective measures were compared using the method of characteristics. Hydraulic control buffer butterfly valves, pressure oscillation valves and air valves were used to ensure water supply safety.
